  2. I changed the quote once, and I think you are referring to the one had put up first.

    Anyway, he didn’t, or so I am told he didn’t, care as much about winning as he did about winning it on his terms. Always held himself to a standard higher than winning. yadda yadda.

    For someone who has been *trying* to run, for many years now, he has been a real inspiration.
